- NA The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Leafield Engineering Limited, Leafield Way, Leafield, Corsham, Wiltshire, England on a sole-source basis for 213 Protractor, bottle Punch. These protractors are used in existing U.S. Navy systems, and have been certified as non-hazardous by the DOD Explosive Safety Board. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Fl. sixteen weeks ARO. A Firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. Note 22 applies.
