Description: In accordance with the Telecommunications Act of 1996, space is being made available for a mobile service antenna on an existing water tower located at Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans, LA. This mobile service antenna will be leased for the placement of telecommunications service provider equipment.
