- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source contract with Condor Systems, Inc. for FY02 enhancements to the Shipboard Advance Radar Target Identification System (SARTIS). Enhancements include software updates that incorporate an expanded set of target signatures to the Radar Track Discriminator System (RTDS) library and modify the system to support data collection in both integrated and standalone environments. Additional technical support and data is also required. This acquisition will be negotiated with Condor Systems, Inc. in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." See Notes 22 and 26.
