- The U.S. Navy Region Northeast intends to award a sole source simplified contract to the Henry M. Jackson Foundation,1401 Rockville Pike,Rockville,MD for a 90 day bridge contract to allow the continuation of a psychological research project and the assistance of a chief scientific and engineering advisor to the Naval Submarine Medical Research Lab in Groton, CT while the Navy completes a long term agreement with the foundation. The anticipated award date is 23 April 2002. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
