- NA This requirement is for furnishing meals, lodging and transportation for applicants processing through the Portland, Oregon MEPS for a base period plus four one-year option periods. Services are for a supper meal, overnight lodging, breakfast the next mor ning and morning transportation from the lodging facility to the MEPS location. It is estimated that there are 13,950 applicants processing yearly. The contract will be awarded on a Best Value basis using the tradeoff source selection process. The appro priate NAICS Code is 721110 with a size standard of $6M. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Anticipated issue date is 10 April 2002 and anticipated opening date is 2 May 2002. No telephone requests for copies of solic itation accepted.
