- NA This is a combined syopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA25-02-T-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-06. This s olicitation has been set-aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC Code is 3589. CORGHI AG52L tire changer Part Number 50-346 or equal. Will handle a tire up to 87 inches diameter and widths to 39 inches. Used for rim sizes 11 inches to 36 inches. Minimum diameter of 5 inch bead breaking. Manufacturer is COATS but this not a COATS 8000. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska, OMS #1, 1111 Military Road, Lincoln, NE 68508. Delivery 14 days after receipt of purchase order. POC for all technical information will b e Ken Hendersen at 402-309-7257. Do not call Sandy Leach for any technical information. Shipping costs must be included in the price of the tire changer and not as a separate charge. If pricing is sent with shipping costs separate your quote will be deeme d as non-responsive. The following FARS are applicable to this combined syopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (meets specifications and lowest price); 52.212-3, Offeror Representat ions and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes on Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and 52.247-34, Destination Shipping. You may u se any format on the quotation, however the following information must be included: The solicitation number, vendor name, address, phone number, fax number, point of contact, and Duns and Bradstreet Number. If any of this information is not included with the quote , that quoted will be deemed as non-responsive. An e-mail address is not required, however, vendor may also want to include it in their quotation. All vendors responding must be registered with the Central Contractors Registration (www.ccr.gov) and must be active. If not registered or inactive, vendor quote will be determined to be non-responsive. Pricing is due in my office no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time on Monday April 15, 2002.
