- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is in accordance with FAR 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only occasion for solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA2550-02-Q-0458, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
