- Provide hip implants on a consignment basis for the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN for the period of May 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002, with three 12-month renewal options. Estimated total usage is 80 implants per year. Offers are due April 29, 2002, at 2:30 pm local time. NAICS code of 421450 with a small business classification of 500 employees applies. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation are available. Requests for hard copy must be in writing and can be faxed to 612-725-2072. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Solicitation will be available on or about April 4, 2002.
