- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to renovate the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems by installing packaged, self-contained heat pump systems for the West lean-to areas in Hangar 1 at Pacific Strike Team, Novato, California. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove existing unit heaters, baseboard heaters, piping, and control. Cap existing piping at point of disconnection. B. Install new packaged heat pump (HP-1) to serve the west lean-to area offices as indicated. C. Install new electric unit heaters. D. Install new ductwork and accessories. Provide electrical power to new HVAC equipment. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 235110. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
