Description

FHWA is soliciting proposals for the delivery of National Highway Institute course 134029, Bridge Maintenance Training using Government furnished course materials. The courses will be taught nationwide over a two-year period by experienced subject matter experts. We estimate approximately 25 courses will be presented. The courses must embody adult learning and Instructional Systems Design. This is a best value procurement considering technical approach, staffing, past performance and price One award will be made. The solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any, will only be released and available electronically through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site at http://www1.eps.gov/spg/DOT/FHWA/postdate_1.html which will list all the FHWA business opportunities sorted by posted date. The solicitation and related documents will be posted under RFP number. Interested parties must download the RFP from that site. NO WRITTEN, TELEPHONIC, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAIL REQUESTS will be honored, however, interested parties can register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements/notifications of postings by e-mail. Since this solicitation will only be available electronically, it is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the FebBizOpps website for any solicitation amendments. NO OTHER PROCUREMENT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
