- Description
- Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida intends to issue on a sole-source basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures Far Parts 12 and 13, a purchase order to the Miami Daily Business Review. Miami Daily Business Review shall be required to publish Notices of Actions once a week for not less than three successive weeks; Must have knowledge of appropriate methods of publishing (editing, proofing, etc.); Service by publication is complete upon the date of the last publication. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, Subpart 13.106 and Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, must be completed and included with any and all offers submitted in response to this solicitation. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. All referenced FAR clauses may be copied at www.arnet.gov/far. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
