- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential Buy-Indian contractors for the purpose of a firm-fixed price construction of a sewage lagoon renovation to serve the community of Blackfoot on the Cheyenne River Reservation, Dewey County, South Dakota. The project magnitude is between $25,000.00 -$100,000.00. Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQ-02-055 will be available approximately 15 days after publication. This aquisition is totally set-aside to Indian firms in accordance with 25 USC 47, the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and sub-contracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. Only those firms who have the subject expertise will be considered.
