- Service: Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to clean all bird droppings, disinfect, and install approximately 27,000 square feet of bird barrier in Warehouses 7 and 14. All work is to be performed in accordance with Facilities Engineering Div Specification No. FEO-0014/02. Contractor shall also follow USAEHA TG No. 142 December 1992 for removing bird droppings. Contractor shall arrange site visit to verify conditions by contacting Danny Moore at 804-279-6753 or Bill Youmans 804-279-4694. All OSHA and Center regulations shall be abided by.
