- SUBJECT: FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT (FFP) for a Cap, Filler SOL SP0440-02-R- 4036 DUE 04/19/02 POC Diane Hall, (804) 279-5563 Fax (804) 279-6134 DESC: PR No. YPG01333000193: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cap, Filler, NSN 5342-01-218-4897, P/N 721200-5. This award will be solicited for a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance: Destination, 180 Days ARO. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government on the NSN. NSN is commercial. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Opening Date: 04/05/02. Closing Date: 04/19/02. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive and award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
