First Article/Contractor Testing Required. 32 Bottles Required for First Article. Test Report Per Specification. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL SPEC MIL-PRF-25567E. Type Number I & II Shelf Life 36 Months. Unit High Density Polyethylene Bottle Pack 12 Bottles in Partitioned Fiberboard Box with Absorbant Material. This Solicitation is Restricted to Small Businesses and a Critical Application Item; QAP 010 applies. This Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for One (1) year with a Four (4) Option Years. Estimated Annual Quantity is 6,888 BT on NSN 6850-00-186-2963, Guaranteed Annual Minimum Dollar Amount is $1670.34 and the Maximum Dollar Amount per year is $20.044.08 and 26,180 Bottles on NSN 6850-00-621-1820, Guaranteed Annual Minimum Dollar Amount is $5,039.65 and the Maximum Dollar Amount Per Year is $60,475.80. Direct Vendor Deliveries are 15 Days ARO, SRG/AQ5 Stock Items are 30 Days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies : The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
