- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The actual RFQ, with information and specifications, will be available on Gateway after the date below (APRIL 19 2002). Please note that all dates are estimated-------- See Notes #1, 9 and 26. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. --Buy American Act applies. This is an acquisition for 120,000 of the item RIBBON ATTACHMENT, BRONZE STAR, QUADRUPLE, SMALL: 3/16 HIGH 13/16 WIDE OVERALL. NSN: 8455-01-475-2520. There will be two destinations required with six deliveries each. The destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Phoenix, AZ. The production lead-time is 165 days after award with 3 first article sample due 80 days after award is made. Past award: 48,000 @ $0.22 each------Contractors must be CCR registered, call 1-800-227-2423 or go to https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil--------- Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. *********INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETRIEVING SOLICITATION (REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS) *********Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (APRIL 19, 2002). From the Gateway home page, select 'Search RFQs' from the left-hand sidebar then select solicitation. Type the solicitation (RFQ) number you wish to view and click search. Click the solicitation number to download (may take a few minutes). In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet. The solicitations will be in a downloadable, printable format when viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. Free software is available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
