Approved sources (waived for First Article Testing): Control Products (81901); REM Products (045F6) I/A/W drawing nr 19207 12338599 basic dtd 85 Nov 27 Amend nr B dtd 00 Jun 07 Type Number 12338599 I/A/W drawing nr 19207 QAP12338599 Refno dtd 87 Jul 21 Amend Nr A dtd 90 Jul 31 Type Number 12338599. Supplementary quality assurance provisions (SQAP) or quality assurance provisions (QAP). First Article Testing is required for all non-approved sources. This is a total small-business set-aside and a bidset is available. Any alternate offeror must provide a complete data package. Various increments solicited: 1000-1999; 2000-2999; 3000-3999; 4000-5000. Also, pricing for Surge and Sustainment as follows: 423 each in 30 days; 400 ea. in 60 days; 418 each in 90 days; 3 each in 120 days; 3 each in 150 days; 3 each in 180 days. See note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic, (365 days), 2 one yr options (730 days).
