- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) has a requirement for a small business concern Contractor to acquire, install, configure, and test a suite of components (both hardware and software) which will be identified in the SOW of RFQ DCA200-02-T-5030. The components are required to upgrade the main conference room of Building 3900 at DECC Oklahoma City, 8705 Industrial Blvd, Tinker AFB, OK. The component upgrade will provide capabilities to support multi-functional use including meetings, video-teleconferencing, audio-teleconferencing, graphical presentations, and computer-aided presentations. This acquisition will be subject to FAR Part 12. The contract period of performance will be from date of award through Government inspection and acceptance of upgrade plus the length of warranty period. DITCO will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) DCA200-02-T-5030 on or about 05 April 2002. The RFQ will be posted on or about 05 April 2002 on the World Wide Web at http://www.ditco.disa.mil under Contracting Opportunities under Information Technology RFP/RFQ/RFI of the DITCO Homepage. All inquiries regarding the RFQ shall be submitted electronically and directed to Anne M. Hellman, Contracting Officer, at hellmana@scott.disa.mil. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 421410 will be used for determining company size status.
