- Item Description: EXCITER, IGNITION. Manufacturer's Code and Part Number: Federal-Mogul Aviation Products (0AFL4) P/N 305017 or 305017-1 with internal component P/N 307293. Quantity: 494 ea. (988 ea. including Option Qty = 988 ea.). 131 ea. to be delivered to Anniston, AL; 157 ea. to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA; and 206 ea. to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 120 days after date of award. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 14 Feb 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
