- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin Air Force Base, Florida/53WG/EWB intends to solicit, and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, to Maryland Trailer Sales, 7325 Lake Drive, Baltimore, MD 21237 for a Custom built Trailer. Other offers will be considered if all the requirements are met. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet all the requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is F08651-01-T-0082. The requirement is for a Custom-built Trailer. Government personnel will perform technical inspection and acceptance at the point of origin. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336212 with a small business standard size of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard.
