- Description
- The National Gallery of Art will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the requirement for the maintenance of a variety of complex mechanical systems on or about April 18. The contract requirements will include repairs, modifications and new construction. Work will be ordered via Task Orders. It is anticipated that the basic contract period will be one year, starting immediately after award, with four option year periods. The Gallery may award multiple contracts for this requirement. The contractor(s) will be required to furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supervision and management for the contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
