- This is notice of a modification to sole source contract N00406-02-C-5019 for Weighing kits and tool sets. The quantities have been increased from one to two each. These items are needed for a Frigate FFG main reduction gear for a Foreign Military Sale to Taiwan. This modification will be sole source to Philadelphia Gear Corp.
