- This is a solicitation notice for contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to peform the replacement of sewer lines and the replacement or repair of manholes to reduce infiltration to the system located within the boundaries of the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial, Lincoln City, Indiana. Work will include, but is not limited to, replacing sagging, cracked or broken pipes; replacing brick-lined manholes with precast concrete complete with a new foundation; repoint grout and seal all cracks within manholes; and making rings and covers watertight. Details will be stated in the Request for Quotation. Site visits will be scheduled. Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 - $100,000. NAICS Code: 234910. The small business size standard is $28.5 million.
