- NA Requirements type contract to provide transportation for applicants and DEPERS(Delay Entrance Processing Applicants)processing through the Des Moines MEPS from various locations(Sioux Falls,SD;Omaha, NE; MEPS Hotels, Boards, and DEP functions for the perio d of 01 May 02 with two one year option periods. The estimated yearly mileage is 23,400 . There is an average of 295 miles per day and a maximum of 900 miles per day. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
