- 33 each 36" three speed portable cooling fans. Output either 4800, 6600, or 9600 cubic feet per minute. Includes self-priming 1.2 hp, 115V, 0.9 amp water pump and a 1/2 hp, 7 amp fan motor, and 20-gallon water capacity. 21 each 36" one-speed portable cooling fan, explosion-proof. Output air at 9,600 cubic feet per minute. Includes 1/2hp, 110/220 VAC fan motor and 1/4 hp 110/220 VAC water pump and 20-gallon capacity water reservoir. 54 each Portable 50-gallon water supply with polyethylene plastic housing, steel frame, and 4" solid rubber ball bearing casters. Issue date: 18 Apr 2002. SIC: 3564. Anticipated award date: 31 May 2002. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. Delivery date 01 Jul 2002. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
