- Description
- This acquisition includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for various exterior electrical requirements to include the installation of various components to both medium voltage primary distribution (underground), and low voltage secondary distribution systems including airfield lighting and navigation aids throughout Randolph AFB, Hondo Auxiliary Field, Canyon Lake Recreational Area, and the Seguin Auxiliary Airfield, TX. Work consists of, but is not limited to, provide and install transformers of various sizes, primary and secondary voltage; medium voltage cable splices and terminations; and installation and repair of airfield lighting cable to include splices and terminations. The government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a basic period of performance of one year and six options (First Option-One Year, Second Option-One Year, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Options-Six Months). Type of pricing will be firm-fixed price. The small business size standard is $11.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The magnitude of this proposed project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, all amendments, clarification letters, and other applicable documents will be issued electronically on the FedBizOps website. Interested sources are responsible for frequent review of the website to ensure they are kept current on any amendments, changes or clarifications, etc. This acquisition will be issued under full and open competition.
