Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the 9th Contracting Squadron, 6500 B St., Rm 101, Beale AFB, CA 95903-1712 under Request for Quotation F04666-02-T-0110 using Firm-Fixed Price type of contract. Contractor shall furnish and install fourteen (14) each, one thousand-watt T.V. metal halide lights at the Golf Practice Area, Beale AFB, CA. Work must meet or exceed the requirements set forth in the attached Statement of Work, applicable industry standards and Wage Determination Number CA020009 Mod, 3, 29 Mar 2992. This document is prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued and quotes are hereby being requested. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 235310, size standard of $11.5 million (gross annual revenue). This solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and is set-aside for small business concerns. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and attachments will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. on 10 April 2002, meeting at the 9th Contracting Squadron, 6500 B St. Beale AFB, CA. Prior to base access for site visit, prospective offerors are required to submit the following: full name, home address, home phone, and driver?s license number and state, vehicle license plate number, vehicle make, model and year, employer?s name, address and phone number. These information must be received at the 9th Contracting Squadron at least 3 workdays prior to site visit date. Use the attached form and fax the same to (530) 634-3311. No more than 2 representatives per business name will be allowed. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 pm (1400 hrs), 15 April 2002. Note: Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity.
