- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the renovation of the existing Downtown Division food service area in order for equipment manufacturer to install government-owned equipment to support the Advance Meal Delivery System, Phase 1. All work shall be in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED AT THE DOWNTOWN DIVISION, VA MEDICAL CENTER, 800 BAILIE DRIVE, AUGUSTA, GA and shall be performed pursuant to all local, state and federal regulations. One (1) pre-bid site visit is scheduled to be held on May 2, 2002, at 10:00 am, Building 801, Room 1B181, Construction Management Office. It is highly recommended that all interested parties attend this pre-bid site visit. DO NOT CONTACT THE CONTRACTING OFFICER TO ARRANGE SITE VISITS. Cost range is between $25,000 to $100,000. This solicitation is full and open. The applicable NAICS code is 233320 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The solicitation will be ready for download o/a 4/17/02. Solicitation must be downloaded from the website listed in this announcement. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE PROVIDED. However, drawings will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only twenty-five (25) sets of drawings will be available. All requests for drawings and/or questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing to the Network Contracting Officer (10N7/NLO), VA Medical Center, One Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904-6285 or via fax number (706) 481-6741. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
