- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office located at the FAA's WJHughes Technical Center is looking to evaluate the performance of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) explosive mitigation bags for the purpose of carrying mail and small parcels/cargo. The approximate bag dimensions of interest to the TSA are 31"X40". The TSA intends to evaluate products designed for a variety of explosive threat sizes. <P> In no more than two pages, please provide the following information: <P> *Product Size adn Explosive Mitigation Capacity. *Product Description (Including materials). *Unit Cost and Production Schedule. <P>
