- General Electric Co. (CAGE 07480) P/N 7050M37G01. Acceptable Source(s): BAE Systems (formerly Lockheed Martin Corp.) (CAGE 63760). Quantity is 101 each and a 100% Quantity Option applies. Sources not currently listed as an approved source must first submit a source approval request to General Electric for approval before submitting a source approval request to DSCR. Any Source approval package not previously approved by General Electric Co. will be rejected by the government. FOB ORIGIN and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This solicitation is unrestricted and utilizes Other Than Full and Open Competition. Delivery required is 150 days ARO. This item is not commercial -- see note 26. If is anticipated that the award will be made against a BOA. The solicitation will not be posted on the procurement gateway, contact buyer for details. Issue date is April 15, 2002. Closing date is May 15, 2002.
