- Description: See numbered notes 1, 12, 13, and 26. NSN 2815-01-440-4426 -- Kit Retrofit. To convert MEP16 A&C to 7 HP Diesel Engine. Being bought in accordance with 30554 drawing 96-13013 and all related data. Total quantity required are 182 kits with 49 kits going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130 and 133 kits going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 04-05-02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 -Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. Total quantity is 364 kits (including option quantity). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 180 days. A written quotation is required. This procurement is a 100% set-aside.
