See Upload 1-1, Cover Letter and Solicitation. NAICS: 541690, Numbered/Non-Numbered Note(s): Do Not Apply and Order of Magnitude Threshold: (Estimated)Under $10M. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate changes in the solicitation documents as detailed below. RFP 492-02-007, Amendment No. 001 Strengthening the Philippine Population and Health Policy and System 1. On Section H, Special Contract Requirements: 1.a. Replace H.6(a)(1), Personnel Compensation, Limitations with the following: ?(1) Salaries and wages may not exceed the Contractor?s established policy and practice, including the Contractor?s established pay scale for equivalent classifications of employees.? 1.b.Incorporate the following as H.9: ?H.9. Implementation of E.O. 13224 ? Executive Order on Terrorist Financing. The selected contractor is reminded that US Executive Orders and US law prohibits transactions with, and the provision of resources and support to, individuals and organizations associated with terrorism. It is the legal responsibility of the selected contractor to ensure compliance with these Executive Orders and laws. This provision must be included in all subcontracts/subawards issued under this contract.? 2. On Section L.7(iii), General Instructions to Offerors, to remain consistent with the cover letter and SF 33 of the RFP, replace the last line with the following: ?(iii)?. Proposals should be properly marked and must be received at the Office of Regional Procurement, USAID/Philippines, 8/F PNB Financial Center, Roxas Blvd. 1308, Pasay City, Philippines by 3:00 p., Manila time on May 3, 2002 to be considered (FAR 15.208(b)).? 3. On Section I.3(c), Option to Extend, revise as follows: ?(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 4 years.?
