Description

The UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with an Economic Price Adjustment clause for the procurement of various sizes and types of textile tapes. All proposals shall be of a Domestic Source, any proposals submitted of a Foreign Source shall be rejected without consideration. The period of performance commences the Date of Award through Five Years. Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of delivery order. All items will be awarded to one vendor that is evaluation will be All or None. Evaluation will also be Best Value-Past Performance. Item 0001, TPE0857, Tape, Type III, Class 2, width 3/8 inch, length 32? long, color: Tan-300, Quantity required: 1,138,000 each guaranteed minimum quantity not to exceed the maximum quantity of 4,714,000 each. Item 0002, TPE0021, Tape, waistband cotton or polyester, 5/8?X100 yd, color Camouflage Green-483, Quantity required: 380,360 yards guaranteed minimum quantity not to exceed the maximum quantity of 2,316,320 yards. Item 0003, Tape, Type III, Class 2, 3/8?X32?long, Color: Olive Drab-7 Quantity required: 1,250,000 each guaranteed minimum quantity not to exceed the maximum quantity of 5,170,000 each. Item 0004, TPE0858, Tape, Type I, Class 3, 5/8?X100 yd, Color Tan-380.Quantity required: 346,360 yards guaranteed minimum not to exceed the maximum quantity of 2,183,320 yards. Item 0005, TPE0141, Tape, Type III, Class 2, 3/8? X 32?L, Color, Black #357. Quantity required: 90,000 each guaranteed minimum not to exceed the maximum quantity of 115,000 each. Item 0006, TPE0142, Tape, Type I, Class 3, 5/8? X 100 yd, Color, Black #357. Quantity required: 90,000 yards guaranteed minimum not to exceed the maximum quantity of 115,000 yards. All minimums and maximums are for the five-year contract period. All deliveries shall be FOB Destinations: FCC Beaumont, 4550 Hebert Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705; USP Atlanta, 601 Mc Donough Blvd., S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315 and FCI Seagoville, 2113 North Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159. Evaluation will be all or none that is all items will be awarded to one vendor. Best Value-Past Performance will also be the evaluation criteria. All responsible vendors may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Solicitations will not be mailed out.
