THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is RFQ-RT-02-00154 and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This quote will be awarded as a result of a Simplified Acquisition with Full and Open Competition. This procurement is NOT a small business set-aside. NAICS Code 3341 applies. The contractor shall provide: (1) 2 each TEOM Source Particulate Monitor, Short System, 120 VAC, Part #99-007372-0120; (2) 2 each Systems Training: Operations, Maintenance, Calibration; (3) 2 each Source TX40 Filters (box of 20); (4) 2 each 02/C02 Gas Measurement System, Part #59-006810; (5) 2 each Probe Bearing Assembly, Short, Part #55-006748; (6) FOB Destination. The following FAR provisions apply to this RFQ: 52.212-1, Instructions for Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. All offerors are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
