- NAICS Code: 541519 Notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Environ International Corporation to modify STATOX Version 3.2 software - A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because Environ is the only company which is positioned to follow-up on the original STATOX software and successfully convert it, with minimal time and expense to the agency.
