Description

NA Pron: AX246162AX, NSN: 8145-01-235-1530, PN: 7-266100001-29, Quantity 63 min/315 max each for a five year requirement applicable to the AH-64 Aircraft. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Th e Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling and manufacturing restrictions. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small business es, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Required delivery with First Article is due 21 each 360 Days After Contract Award and 21 each month thereafter until complete. First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. Required Delivery when First Article is not r equired is 21 each 240 Days After Contract Award and 21 each month thereafter until complete.
