NA NSN: 1650-01-125-0907, PN: 70250-12067-102, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0376 Quantity: Min: 228 each, Max: 560, Year 1; 228 each, Year 2; 55 each, Year 3; 55 each, Year 4; 55 each, Year 5; 55 each, applicable to te UH-60 Helicopter. F.O.B. Destinatio n with deliveries to Texarkana, TX., Stockton, CA. Delivery with First Article Test is 114 each 420 days after contract. Without FAT, 114 each 280 days after contract award. FAT Report due 268 DACA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no techical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is 100% Small Bu siness Set-Aside. This information cannot be released outside the United states without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small business, therefore foreign requests for this s olicitation will not be honored. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United states.
