- NA PRON: AX2C0001AX, NSN: 4820-00-123-0680, PN: 72900-301, Quantity: 149 each, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O. B. Origin in with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 145 each 210 DACA. This item is restricted to Parker Hannifin Corporation, 1 4300 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618-1814. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. All offerors m ust meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, ec onomical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
