- The Department of Energy, Albuquerque Operations Office, intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order per FAR 6.302-1 to Dvorak Instruments, Inc., P. O. Box 70716, Tulsa, OK, 74170-1716 to provide a TRVS-3, Firearm Training Video System, Shooter?s Heads-up Display, Camera Controller, picture in picture processor, VCR, monitor and auxiliary target camera, RTS-P220DA-Remote Trigger system, remotely actuated trigger adapter for SIG Sauer P220 pistol, and a RTS-BAT-Rechargeable Battery Option. Items required will be used in conjunction with the TP-11 Trigger Pull System and the SIG Sauer P220. These items are proprietary and Dvorak is the only known source. This notice is to comply with the requirements of FAR 5.203(b). This is neither a request for proposal or solicitation for offers. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. A market survey was completed in February 2002 for the availability of such a system that could meet this requirement; however, no other sources could be identified that would work in conjunction with the TP-11 Trigger Pull System.
