- Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, transportation (armored car service), labor (armored guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, delivery, and pick up of cash and other monetary documents from the US Air Force Academy Commissary located in Colorado in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003, and will include four, one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2007. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about April 5, 2002 with a tentative closing date of April 22, 2002. The anticipated award date will be April 24, 2002. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561613 and the business size standard is $10.5 million. All requests for copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, Contract Management Business Unit, Services Division (CICST), ATTN: Carla Milot, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800.
