Description

The Government of The United States of America is looking for Office Space to Lease in Eau Claire, Wisconsin The General Services Administration, an agency of the United States Government, wants to lease 2,550 occupiable square feet of first-class office space in an existing office building in the City of Eau Claire, Wisconsin for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The space offered must be contiguous and preferably on the second floor or higher as well as provide secure/reserved parking for 4 vehicles. Occupancy is desired by late fall, 2002. We will pay market rate for a built out and fully serviced lease that meets government requirements. This is a negotiated competitive procurement.
