- The Naval Academy has a procurement for the following services: Line Item 001 - Lifeguard and pool manager services for the North Severn Pool and the South Severn Pool for the 2002 swimming season commencing on Friday 24 May 2002 through Monday 2 September 2002. 1 Lot. Line Item 002 ? Private pool parties with a minimum of two (2) lifeguards per party at the North Severn Pool and the South Severn Pool during the hours of 1900 to 2200. Approximately six to eight (6 to 8) parties per month. Estimating 32 Each. ALL REQUESTS AND QUESTIONS SHALL BE IN WRITING, NO ORAL REQUEST OR QUESTIONS SHALL BE HONORED.
