- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to solicit and award, on an other than full and open competitive (sole source) basis, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a purchase order to Dynacon, Inc., Bryan, TX. The solicitation is SIC 5084, Industrial Machinery and Equipment. Size Standard of 100 employees. The purchase order type will be firm fixed priced. The requirement is for upgrades to a Dynacon general purpose winch (LW-RC 9840) to perform the required assigned tasks. These requirements are (A) a line speed of 80 meters/minute and (B) have a level-winding system that will accomodate a 0.47 inch diameter tow-cable. Dynacon owns the rights to proprietary parts.
