- Description
- In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 the Government intends to incorporate three six-month option periods into the existing change-of-occupancy maintenance contract, N62474-99-D-7000, for work currently performed at La Mesa Village; Naval Postgraduate School; Presidio of Monterey; and Ord Military Community, Monterey, California. All Star Maintenance, Inc. is the current contractor. Due to the impending privitization of family housing under the Residential Community Initiative (RCI) the incorporation of three six-month option periods into the current contract will provide the Government with the flexibility required given the uncertain timeliness of the privatization effort. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal which, if timely, will be considered by the agency.*****
