- Regular Overhaul/Dry-Docking for USNS BIG HORN (T-AO 198); Place of Performance: Contractor's Facility. Offer area: East and Gulf Coast. Performance Period: On/about 14 October 2002 through 05 December 2002. Work to be accomplished pertains to Ballast Tank Blasting and Coating, Sea Valves Inspections, Underwater Hull Blasting and Painting, Controllable Pitch Propeller Hub Replacement, Main Engine Maintenance, Stateroom Carpeting Replacement, Auxiliary Boiler Maintenance, and Rudder Packing Replacement. A responsible offeror is considered eligible if the offeror has previously executed a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) prior to award of the solicitation.
