- NA Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) - The US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), Missile Defense Targets Joint Projects Office (MDTJPO) is interested in receiving proposals from all offerors capable of developing systems to advance the Government ?s capability in launch vehicle as well as payload technologies. Proposals with new or unique ideas, which enhance the state-of-the-art and scientific knowledge, are solicited. Proposals should address one of the technical areas: (1) Launch Vehicle Tech nologies including: Motors, Guidance, Navigation and Control, Ground Support Equipment, Safety Systems, Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems, Mobile Platforms, and other applicable launch vehicle technologies; (2) Payload Technologies including: Re-entry vehicles, Decoys, Instrumentation and Telemetry systems, Deployment Mechanism, Post Boost Vehicles (PBV), and other applicable payload technologies.
