- NA Provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, vehicles and services required to perform road surface preparation and dust palliative application on 39,000 square yards of road surface at Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington. All work must be compl eted by 17 May 2002. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized for this procurement. A request for quotations will be issued. This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for any concern including its affi liates with an average annual sales or receipts for its three preceding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $5 million. SIC Code: 1799. NAICS Code: 23599. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be considered for contract award.
