Description: NA This is a synopsis performed in accordance with FAR 5.207. The Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District intends to procure construction services to replace the roof and siding on the Cross Lake Dam restroom located in the Cross Lake recreation area, Cros s Lake, MN. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation and equipment required to replace the roof and siding on the Cross Lake Dam restroom. A Firm Fixed Price type order will be issued using Simplified A cquisition Procedures under FAR part 13 for this effort. The estimated period of performance is 30 days. All responsible sources possessing a valid construction license will be considered. The proposed Request for Quotation is restricted to small busines ses. For the purpose of determining small business eligibility, the Contracting Officer has determined the NAICS code for this effort to be 235610 ($12 Million). The Request of Quotation and all other documents related to this procurement will be availabl e over the Internet, on or about 12 April 2002 at the St. Paul District's Website, https://mvpwww.mvp.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the site prior to submitting a quotation. Site visits should be coordinated with Mr. Ray Nelson at (218) 692-2025. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the release of the Request for Quotation and amendments (if applicable).
