PRON: AX246109AX, NSN: 1650-01-095-7159, PN: A21862-1, Quantity: 40 each min./ 240 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkan a, TX. Required delivery is 40 each 240 DACA. This item is restricted to Moog Inc., Seneca Street & Jamison Road, East Aurora, NY 14052. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitat ion, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or a ny other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
