- NA 17. PRON: AX246119AX, NSN: 3040-01-152-8322, PN: 70400-01250-052, Quantity: 400 each min./ 1600 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX. The required delivery with First Article Testing is 400 each 270, first article test report due 168 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 400 each 180 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. This item is restricted to Rotair Industries, Inc., 964 Crescent Ave., P.O. Box 4098, Bridgeport, CT 06607-1025 and Precision Swageinc, 21467 Main Street, Maplewood, OH 45240. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet p requalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future sol icitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Gove rnment. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
